Refund Policy

The following rules allow for all refunds processed on our site:

 

  • Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from FIJ Ayurveda’s official website or authorized retailers.
  • Refund requests should be made within —- days of the delivery date as after this duration, we cannot process the refunds.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team either through email or phone, providing the necessary details of your purchase.
  • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt, to process your refund request.
  • The product(s) being returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • If your refund request is approved, we offer a refund in two options: full refund or store credit, and you can avail of any of these two.
  • Once your refund request is approved, the processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
  • In case of store credit, it will be made available to your FIJ Ayurveda account immediately.
